this is like the nicest layout for 46sqm ive seen so far

Tengah waterfront will be different. the kitchen wont be open concept..
front door opens into kitchen, a short corridor with the bathroom and the "bomb shelter" facing each other. leading to the Living room/bedroom.

hopefully, i get the larger unit in Tengah waterfront. my plan is to have the kitchen isolated from the rest of the home. that way i can AC the rooms better without worrying about cooking smell.

My advice those applying for BTO, do not accept any flooring job from HDB even by paid using CPF, they gave do bad and unprofessional job to my apart at Casa Spring, the problem was told on Aug 2022 just after I got the unit until now they have not solved until now they even damaged the track for the sliding doors today 16th Mar 2023 when they were removing the vinyl flooring 16 march 2023 I was 100% disappointed with HDB I messaged the project In change HDB Hazel she never answer or message me back.

No cooling marble-like flooring. Wastage, floor and toilet wooden door cannot last long. Hate laundry rack outside more dirty. Birdshits, rubbish drop from above. Wastage not using at all. - Died of Shame be Singaporeans cannot replacement New smaller flat. Living in problematic old housing. Singapore Government corrupted, everything more expensive. 🇸🇬👎

Good that there is a extra room, can let the maid sleep or make into a study room or in case your guest come for a short stay. ❤

do you guys know where does the water go with the washing machine? usually my mom collects pails of the water from the washing machine when it's washing, now I'm planning for my future house, feel kinda weird with this washing machine separated from the washroom/toilet area. our house used to be those old school layout.. hmmm.
