Good idea. Also get free Autonomous Database. But it's impossible. Because of issues with "Sign up" in Oracle Cloud. It looks like only 1% successfully signed up in my region. The same problem in Vietnam, China, ... I even asked my friend in California to do it and after 3 days trying he gave up. You better fix issues with "Sign up" in Oracle Cloud
