When we lived in England (1999-2004) my non-cooking husband watched you regularly and actually made me your chicken satee which I loved...so thank you!! My question is I remember your herb garden on the window sill and was wondering the best way to start one, and what to look for. I generally have a black thumb. Thx!

His first job was a pastry chef at Antonio Carluccio's Neal's Yard restaurant, where he first gained experience with preparing Italian cuisine, and developed a relationship with his mentor Gennaro Contaldo. Oliver then moved to The River Café, Fulham, as a sous chef.

I'll ask it here as well:
I've watched you make smoothies and you say it's good to put a bit of ginger in every smoothie. (You use it in other food as well. I personally have no idea what you could be using ginger for.) Why is ginger so good or healthy? What does it do?

Jamie, the "Jamie at Home" series was my favourite, as well as a big inspiration for my own kitchen garden. Could you tell us a bit more about the garden, how it works, who is maintaining it, was it installed by you or was it already a feature of the house when you bought it - anything really, , , Also, are we ever likely to see another series of "Jamie at Home"?

any chance that you start another travelling series like the jamie does, jamie's great italian escape or jamie's america? besides your great commitment in the food revolution, i've always loved you trying out new cuisines, new flavors and you interacting with the local people around the world.

Hey Jamie. Do you or have you ever made any kind of fermented food (ex. Sauerkraut)? I just started experimenting with them myself and I've been realizing the importance of them for health and wellness.

I really like the Food Tube. I think it's the next step to reaching people. I really appreciated your show, Food Revolution and hope for the same things that you do in our Western culture. Cheers.

Hi Jamie! I just wanted to say that you are a true inspiration to me (as a enthusiastic for food and person) since I was like, 7 years old. You are the reason I love food as much as I love nowadays and because of you my dream is become a really good chef. So, here is my question: I'm about to graduate in high school... Any tips for a good college experience? Also, do you plan to open a restaurant here in Brazil? Cheers!

Hi Jamie. So glad to find this channel cause I've enjoyed watching you since the naked chef :). Your recipes are super easy, healthy, and tasty. I live in Thailand and for me it is the best place to find great food. I've not seen you do many Thai recipes expect for green curry...do you think you will do a book or show on Thailand food someday?

I'd like to ask what would you suggest to an engineering college student who discovered her great passion for culinary and baking after her sophomore but have no idea how she can get the opportunity after graduating with no relevant qualification but has big dream getting into the culinary field?😊

Jamie, which is your favourite cookbook out of all the ones you have published and why? I have all of them and my favourites are actually your Naked Chef ones. For some reason, I've cooked the most from them and turn to them when I want inspiration. Much love from Melbourne, Oz.
