Man who flipped off cop speaks to Action News

This is exactly why we live in such a Us verses Them country. Instead of police departments learning from civil rights cases they repeatedly and STOP violating peoples rights. They try and come up with some legalese to work around the law.

1st: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

4th: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

So if he's found not guilty its over, so what, spokesperson says.
So what? He was pulled over by the officer, given a BS ticket. Has to appear in court. Personal time, possibly time off from work. Court costs?
So what says the spokesperson! My time is worth more than a "So what." So why did the officer give him BS ticket? Realiation, contempt of cops. Knows it will probably be dismissed but gonna make him jump thru hoops.
Wonder how many improper hand signal tickets are given for waving out the window of your car? Oh that's right​, the don't track that stuff...
