If you look at what JP has accomplished with words alone, you can see how speech can be such a powerful weapon. And writing does the same for organizing your thoughts.

I often write comments and then just discard them after I manage to restructure my thought in my head and then decide it's not worth posting. Or perhaps I was quick to judge something and thought better of it. But in any case, it's been very useful for restructuring my thinking and being **slightly** less of an idiot.
