Daniel Kahneman explains make it easy principle. Make it easy principle applies whenever you want to change someone's behavior and can be stated in 3 words: make it easy. This approach starts from 2 different questions:
1. Why isn't this person already doing the thing i want her/him to do? or What is keeping her/him from doing the right thing and
2. How could i change this person's situation so that it would be easy for her/him to do as I hope?
This principle was adopted by behavioral economics, where it is also called nudging. The most famous application of it is how to encourage people to save more money for the future. Save more tomorrow plans are an example of nudging. Daniel Kahneman also explains how we can use make it easy principle in our lives or in other words how we can change our behavior for the better.
