for those who are still having trouble and having the thing pop up all you got to do is select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Device Security and then under Core isolation, selecting Core isolation details then make sure to turn it off then from there you will have to restart your pc worked for me

I ended up resetting my pc thinking it had a problem because the filter on device wouldn’t work cause i thought i had a virus or something and it still didn’t work after the reset, till i came across this video. Finally it worked!! Thanks G - i switch from PS to PC 6 months ago and couldnt figure out the problem to overclock my controller, but it worked easly with our steps. I just had to install vigem for DS4

Hey, just wanted to say thanks for this solution. I was about to stop trying since it was difficult to get my controller to work again. I thought it was bricked.

If anyone else runs into that, just uncheck the filter on device for the controller and set the rate back to default. It should turn from red to green again.

Maybe a weird question, and sorry if the answer is obvious but how do I overclock my DualSense when it’s connected wirelessly? I successfully overclocked it while connected via USB. Though the controller doesn’t show up as an option when trying to overclock over Bluetooth. I have my controller and every other wireless device connected via an Asus BT500 Bluetooth adapter, if that matters

It worked for me but for some reason it looks like messed my pc performance, i can’t play anymore in direx12 or 11 only performance mode and my fps is really down it use to be around 180 now in direx12 it don’t even hit 60 fps. Idk if can be that upgrade thing but something is wrong on my pc right now
