Hi, when I try to connect in the DBA Information part of the Repository Assistant ( USERNAME: system; PASSWORD:  I get a "INS0009 Unable to connect to the database with user system. java.sql.SQLException: IO Error: The network adapter could not establish the connection.   Please do you know how I can resolve this issue? Thank you.
