Dan Kelly attacks Janet Protasiewicz in concession speech after losing Wisconsin Supreme Court race

In Daniel Kelly's concession speech on Tuesday, he said he did not respect his opponent Janet Protasiewicz in the Wisconsin Supreme Court race.

He did not call her to concede, instead saying she was "not worthy."

Kelly called Protasiewicz's campaign "deeply deceitful, dishonorable and despicable."

The Associated Press called the race at 8:55 p.m., less than an hour after polls closed, with Protasiewicz ahead by double digits in a state where statewide races are often decided by one or two percentage points.
