150 Hz DNA Healing (Healing Regeneration on a Cellular/Energy Level)

Stress causes many problems including the failure/disruption of our internal healing/regeneration processes… These layers of 150 Hz frequencies will augment those processes and bring you into tune with your natural self, while releasing stress, balancing hormones, bringing you into your natural peaceful harmonic rhythm state. I created this for my personal use, but naturally I want to share it with you my friends… with the world.

You can enhance the power of this soundscape by doing the OM mantra in tune with this frequency (105 Hz). Feel it bring your own vibrations into sync with the universe. Feel it healing your mind, body and soul.

You can close you eyes and meditate or just relax or sleep. Or you can fix your mind’s attention on the hypnotic visuals and sink into a much deeper state of consciousness and experience the healing more profoundly.

Stress kills, I know that personally. Over my life time I have had so much stress, unfortunately brought on by other people. Now I am an old lady, in years anyway, it has had distasterous effects on my health. Of course I have only realised that stress has been the cause recently, but the damage was immense. That is why I feel so lucky to have found sound therapies. Over the last 12 months I have worked really hard reversing the damage. Sound therapies are tremendous and I thank God every day I came across them, because finally I think I am almost myself again and that is glorious.
