Remote Viewing Roswell- The 21 Year Wait

As *_soon_* as this is released at the farsight website, I'm gonna watch it (after I purchase it of course :D)

Just a question though Mr. Allgire; Daz had to wait 21 years for this to be tasked to him. Couldn't he just create hundreds of his own personally made tasks/targets (including the Roswell crash) then scramble them so that he becomes 'blind' to the targets?
