Rudra! I've been following his projects for a couple of years and I have to admit I'm still blown away by his talent and his powerful skills. My only wish for him is to find a mentor in open source. Someone with a lot of experience that could guide him to grow both as a developer and a community leader. That's what we need in Open Source. I also wish he will focus a little bit more on just Unity 7 :) to modernize its core components: Unity is still a compiz based DE, and compiz needs X11. I'm not yet sold that a complete rewrite on XFCE foundations is the right choice, but we'll see :P Congratulations Rudra for the nice interview, and thank you Niccolò for your daily videos :)

It is crazy that the dev team (most of them probably older than him) accepts him as a lead. People usually aren't willing to accept authority from anyone even a year younger than them. It is amazing that he could find developers who recognize his talent and accept him as team lead, instead of dismissing him because of his age.
He seems a lot more mature (in a good way), organized and professional than most 12-year-olds. The open-source community is lucky to have him, I hope he finds a cool company to work at and fulfills his ambitions.
Also, Unity being kept alive is great, because it was a fantastic DE. The layout and ergonomics were amazing, even though the implementation under the hood was a bit wacky.

I wish there is some kind of bounty system for Unity where you could set bounty for Unity feature and put money on it. Then developer
could take bounty and integrate feature into Unity.
