Can easily be a 1350 RP skin, but rito keeps it at 975, KUDO RITO !!

Currently released on the Chinese Servers and release early next week (tomorrow for some servers if I recall correctly). Full spotlights are recorded using the files which got put onto the live servers (Extremely rarely will they do a patch when/just before they release the skin which may adjust them), just because they are not released doesn't mean I'm unable to record a full spotlight via techniques used eg Wards are not available on any servers right now and could of recorded them for a while

that's because the red baron corki got released way earlier than the dragonwing one. at the time the legendary skin for corki was released it was, in fact, worth the legendary tier.

Manfred von Richthofen, AKA the Red Baron, is a legendary pilot flying that plane in WWI. So I think it just is like that because of the history. And imo, the skin is really cool without all the effects.

All new skins from now on out will have more effects. Corki's legendary skin is old and they didn't remake effects on them at the time.
