Silent, Great in-depth description of the hotel and the area. Hotel management did not handle your complaints properly, I would have definitely taken this up with property owners and requested a refund due to the gross discovery which put a damper on your visit. At the very least, management should have comped you a night.

I was there recently and I didn’t see any roaches in my room. Maybe they called a pest control company and took care of the problem.

funny.. I live 3 blocks away and never once really took a trip throughout the hotel. Neither it, nor many of the other nearby. Figured if I'm not staying their no reason to go in.
