Hi guys, so dire posted on twitter early yesterday saying he finished uploading his backlog of sf3 and was considering starting it all over again because of a number of reasons. Then a follow up post later saying his schedule for YouTube would be let's play today and tomorrow will be the new sky factory. Hope this clears it up for you guys.

Hey, As always direwolf managed to impress me doing something basic ;)
Seeing his empowerer / reconstructor layout, i've rebuilt my own setup around the empowerer every 'component' fitting inside the 3x3 area in the corners :) Which fits perfectly inside a 9 by 9 made of cobblestone.

The best way I've found to keep the empowered from getting all derped up by multiple auto crafting recipes is to run the conduits in a spiral pattern, with the center chest at the end, rather than running them as a cross shape from the middle. Then in your RS pattern just be sure that the ingredient that goes in the center stand is in the highest # place in the crafting grid. Since it sends things into the chest in the order they're in in the pattern, and then conduits send things out in the order they were placed in the chest, this makes sure it doesn't start sending a second recipe's ingredients before the first is done

you can make *silicon* and flint in your cobble gen, also the crafter is useful for crafting things like stone bricks in your cobble gen or if you wanted to do the compressed cobble you can do it in one of them. I all ways try to get every possible recipie done so i never have to craft it again. so both glass and all of that makes it easier on my self

Dire it's a bit late but those loot capacitors with the odd names and fancy look to them are all different. The names are like Borderlands guns - they denote certain aspects of the capacitor. Hungry for example translates to power hungry, while some relate to 'growing' which basically means put it in a farming station. Hot means it's meant for smelting etc. They're all unique and some are amazing while others are terrible.

For someone who's so dang good at the game, you sure miss a few things buddy. :D
Like, when creating the patterns, you can just use JEI to look it up and then put them in using the + sign.
That way, you don't have to craft or get materials out of storage to create the patterns.

This is also why a few episodes back when you created putting the materials in manually it didn't work because it was not in the right order for the solderer to use it. :D

Still some great series, and can't wait for the next.

its simple to fix the autocrafting of the empowerer, all you have to do is go to the interface with the crafting and the second option to the right should make it so that it can do one crafting recipe at a time, fixing your dilema

While at the time of this recording, Dire correctly stated that ardite and cobalt couldn't be SAG milled; in the current version of the pack as of this comment, they now can be (and they get doubled as usual).
