I actually recorded this cover of "Let Me Roll It" back in 2011. I played all instruments, sang all vocals, engineered, mixed, blah blah blah…you get the idea! ;)

you think you're being just a bit rough on yourself there?? If you were going for dead-on-McCartney, you and everybody else on the planet was doomed to failure from the get-go!! Only McCartney can "do McCartney", and frankly, I think your cover is fantastic, vocally!! Frankly I'd love to hear more tracks where you HATE your vocals!!   :-) .

I prefer this to the original. Just hits harder. Better recorded and mixed. I'm missing Paul's vocals and that slap back echo. But everything else is better.
