For those who don't know:
Inside of the game files, tanks have a hitbox of 145 (or ~0.97 of block) and everyone else (including Moe) are equally 120 (or 0.8 of block).
It's probably because some brawlers have a high running speed, so we think it's impossible to hit them.
I hope everyone understands! 🙏
