As a Padres fan, I saw a lot of Sean Manaea's pitched games when he was on our team. He was good in 2021, but got rocked in 2022. Glad to see that he made the adjustments and is doing well for the Mets.

Congrats to the Mets and their fans. I am a Phillies fan and I can't believe the Phils have gotten this far. The only thing that got us into the playoffs was an unbelievable first half of the season. We have been crappy since the All Star break and our bullpen has been absolutely pathetic. If the offense doesn't wake up and get a 5 or 6 run lead before the bullpen comes in...we are toast. Congrats to the Mets for playing team ball and not trying to hit a HR with every swing.

There's something about the excitement from the players that just adds to the energy of tough at-bats and amazing plays. It's one thing for Manaea to get out of the jam in the 6th with that double play, but to see Manaea's reaction afterwards makes it even BETTER! Dude's become a lot more expressive and I'm loving it!
