As a Forest fan I really don’t want Derby liquidated and hope they rise again. There’s no point in football if you don’t have a rival.

I have seen it reported that the Kirchner deal was not actually the best deal to buy the club, but he was willing to pay the administrators more.(if that is true that is so wrong) The EFL have done what they are supposed, being hands off until the right time to do and let it be done by the administrators or the owner selling, they have lost patience and want more involvement.

Remember Chris Kirchner has rolled off many excuses why the deal had been delayed (delayed money transfers and bank holidays were the latest). I have always thought he was never serious about buying Derby County, he wanted to buy a 'club'. As a Forest fan I feel very sorry for the fans, but they needed to have clearer heads but were swept up by individuals who were not interested in them.

Need Mike ashley to come in and save us, even if he is doing it for personal interest. EFL should cover cost of administrators as both of those parties have been shambolic and administrators should take a lower pay.

Forest fan here..I don't want our rivals to cease to exist. Sure it was funny to begin with but we all thought something would be done by now. Nothing apart from promotion will ever beat Derby day..Come on Ashley get it done. I would hate this to happen to any club even Derby!!

And SJ said he thought the administration team were good, utterly rubbish, Kirchner said pretty much as soon as he got the prefer bid status he would only offer non football creditors 35 p in the pound . Result another 15 point penalty coming. The guy clearly did not have the liquid assets to complete without stress on his bank account .
The administration team should be ashamed.
