We built a modern Victorian I pattern the kitchen after a butlers pantry from 1888. We loved it.

I love that your restoring it to its natural state But I would really suggest that the kitchen is updated with a mix of modern amenities done tastefully especially if you are going to have a family down the road.Your wife will thank you later.
