My custom fields are a mess, but I don't want to lose data because some are "business website" or "website" or business-phone, personal-email. business phone, or best-phone, etc. All of those I applied randomly because I didn't know what I was doing. I wish I could simply move the data, but it appears that I can only delete them which leaves a big hole in my customer/prospect data.

Pertaining to your "day of the week" label for your board view. Wouldn't it be much simpler to just group by "Due Date"?

Thanks for your videos! If I have multiple labels setup in a list, can I sort by the labels indvidually? For example, if I have a list of my sales team and one of the custom field labels is a state territory and a team member can have more than one state label assigned to them, can I sort by just one state at a time? So if Joe is assigned to CA, NV, OR and Bill is assigned to OR, MT, SD, can I sort by state and have OR show both Joe and Bill's name? I'm running against a roadblock where that isn't happening and I'm not sure if it's not possible or if I set something up incorrectly.

How do you get the info from a Dubsado lead capture form to go into Click Up client folder? We were previously hand-typing all client info back when I used a different CRM. I know there’s a way to automate this. Do I have to “pre-write” a template first? If you have a video on this, I’m not sure which one it is.
