Company's Coming Casserole Video Folks!
2 lbs hamburger, 1 cup chopped onion, 1 cup chopped green peppers, half bag or 8 oz of egg noodles, 2 -8 oz cans of tomato sauce, half package see me cheese or 4 oz, 1 cup cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese
fry burger, onion and peppers together till done
add the two cans of tomato sauce turn on low let simmer for 10 min stirring occasionally be cooking the egg noodles drain place in greased casserole dish stir in the cottage cheese and then creme cheese then add the beef mixture on top of the noodle mixture then cover with however much shredded cheddar cheese you liked and bake on 350 for 25 min serve hot and enjoy
