Jumping spiders are some of the cutest little arachnids on earth! Their powerful jumping legs and excellent eyesight make these little arachnids deadly insect hunters! This little Apache jumping spider was a special treat to encounter after a nice hike up in Oklahoma and we were especially excited to see one! Have you ever seen one of these before?

I love her! I keep jumpers as pets, and adore them so much. I had a male regal miss his jump today and I almost caught him in my hand. But the wind blew at the wrong moment and I sure hope he made it somewhere safe as it was pouring and his little book lungs can't handle that amount of water.😢
