Ask any of these 'journalists/interviewers' just one question: "Which is the more important interview - this one now or the next one?" All these questioners appear to be more concerned about maintaining access to the candidates for their networks or for themselves, than in making a name for themselves by challenging the candidate in front of them in the moment.
