We need to get a very frustrating and long-standing software flaw corrected by Jeep. We’ve been having a hard time getting them to hear us so we need to speak a little louder. Jeep needs to stop making us feel like we have to accept this frustration. At this point, I don't want anything to do with a 4xE, and the service I'm receiving from Jeep makes me want to stay away from Jeep as a company. What a shame, I loved my last 2 Wranglers.

Been saying this for 3 years lol. Normaly 8 to 9x per winter. Jeep dealer never really care to fix the issues and just say to reset it myself.

I don’t think we are being heard pretty sums up so much with Jeep customer service. The amount of customers being lost due to poor communication and customer service is astounding. Wake up Jeep.

They told me to go to my dealer so im sure that means go get an oil change.

When the oil life drops so fast after an oil change, what does the oil actually look and smell like? Is it overfilled and getting diluted with gas, or is the level correct and the color, viscosity and smell all normal. If it looks normal, I would reset the oil life, if not, and the oil is getting contaminated that fast (even faster than typical for a 4xe) then maybe it’s malfunctioning injectors or bad rings?
