Yaqi is today the N°1 in cheaper brushes, not only in syntetic but also in badger hair, they want to do the same with they safety razor. Time will tell but the price is an aggresive bet and not all the people will risk their money. Again a good review it's the key 👌
Thanks Kevy!

Thank you so much Kevy for your Swift reply 😊 I personally would actually pay 100usd for that one, its a beauty. Good to see you smiling and looking happy! All The best!

No way I'd fork out $100 for that. I've got the 3rd version of the Yaqi adjustable and that's pretty good. No need for another. Now, if it were the same price as the chrome version I have that would be a different matter. Thanks for the update.

It definitely looks great and sounds like a winner from what I saw in your video yesterday. $100US is still less than the 6S and ModelT. Thanks for sharing, Kevy!

Thanks for the update Kevy. I have the Zamac Chrome TFC and I'm quite happy with it, so over US$100 for this machined Brass version is a bit much for my budget and I would not be interested. Also Yaqi are well known for their reasonable quality budget friendly razors and brushes, so don't know how they would go at this premium price level where the expectations are higher.👊🤔👍

Thanks for the update. I have the Yaqi Final Cut with the gunmetal handle. It's an ok razor. Smoother for me than my Rex Ambassador. But the Final Cut doesn't cut it when compared to my Rockwell 6S. So I wouldn't upgrade to the brass version.

Hello Kevy, that razor is impressive! I would like to know if it is possible a comparison with the Final Cut. I know they look the same, but I am feeling in some way it is a slightly difference between them. Thank you always for the grate Shaving time. You give me always good vibes!

I'm surprised they gave you a reply with the cost of the razor included. With all the razor companies in the UK, USA and Canada that make quality shave gear in the $100 +/- range, many in stainless steel, I find it difficult to believe people will spend that much for a Chinese made razor. Of course geographical location may have a factor in that IDK. But realistically I don't see a brass razor made in China costing $100+ to be scooped up by the wet shave community. Could be wrong, we shall see. Thanks Kevy for the update👍

I’d buy it. Also interested in this razor in 316 SS with better knurling then the rig in Al TFC option. Hope they make it 🙌🏽

For me. It would depend on the quality of the machining. Does the blade sit straight and true etc. are the tolerances spot on. If they were then yes. If it’s shabby, then no.

I will buy if they change their minds!

Such a story is kind of like the story of some guy named Joe who has a rug shop and he calls it "Joes Rug". A customer visits the shop and wants to buy a rug, but Joe has only the one rug in the shop and cannot sell it. If he were to sell the rug, he would need to close his shop.

A price around $ 75-85 would make sense. We are talking about brass.

I agree with you: why pitch them if they aren't going to be for sale?... Still, Yaqui has a point too. Besides, I am still saving up my nickels and dimes for them Boots from the Alberta Boot Company! :D
