Samsara was such a powerful and impactful documentary for me personally. Truly showcasing the most beautiful and horrendous aspects of human nature and creation with absolutely no words. This is by far my favorite part of the film.

The dancers, and each of them, are profoundly deaf. The choreography is amazing enough, but performed by challenged Chinese youth makes it more amazing and inspiring. The hand gestures, mudras, seem an accurate version related to the mantra, Om Mani Padmi Hum.

называется "Тысячерукая Гуань-Инь". Солистка (она же - хореограф и
руководитель этой труппы) - Тай Лихуа. Она сама, и ВСЕ её девушки -
ГЛУХОНЕМЫЕ. Они НЕ слышат музыку, а все движения в танце совершают,
ощущая НОГАМИ ритм, который помощники отбивают по покрытию сцены.
Этот
танец - часть шоу "Моя мечта". Все его участники - инвалиды, которые,
тем не менее, поражают своими способностями и талантом.
