NIGHTMARE LUXURY PURCHASE - Bergdorf goodman Prada Soft Rope Leather Cage Sandals // Never again!

Hey guys! I initially intended to make a reel that's why the video was recorded vertically, but it ended up becoming a longer video soooooo here it is haha. And the reason for that was because what I thought would be an exciting unboxing reel turned into a hot mess express.

This was my first time purchasing from Bergdorf Goodman online.
I usually shop at Neiman Marcus and seeing as they're owned by the same NMG group company I thought the experience would be the same but boy I was wrong.

The packaging arrived entirely awful and a hot mess. It was not packaged up well, and then the Prada box had dirt marks in it... And when I opened it there were no dust bags or anything - to their defense I've never purchased Prada shoes so I wasn't sure if they come with dust bags anyways but I'm so used to all other luxury designer shoe brands having dust bags so that was just weird to me. So is that normal or not? Anywho, doesn't quite sit right with me considering they're super expensive!

Secondly, the shoes actually had some scratches and marks on one of the leather so it looked a bit used or beat up honestly lol. But I was willing to ignore that if the shoes were going to be perfect fit/comfy since I'll be using them anyways... However after trying it on, I couldn't even walk more than 1-2 minutes as it was digging into my skin.... sooooo there goes another fail for me lol.

The search for the perfect sandals is still ongoing! haha
Any recommendations? I heard the Hermes Chypre are great, but they're very hard to get a hold of!
