1968 swiss 6 splitting hull fiberglass boat

Started off by assessing the condition of transom and whole of this 1968 Swiss 6 fiberglass runabout found the transom was rotted through as well as underlayment of floor. Luckily the runners are made of fiberglass so we will cut the top layer of fiberglass out to replace both transom and floor.
