Athena, Kula, Leona, Ralf, Clark, Claw Iori, Ryo, Mr. Karate, K', Maxima, Mai have the best NeoMax imo.

I like the artstyle of KOF XIII
It is unique, it looks like a mix of anime and cartoony.
Mai, Yuri, King, Ryo, Kim, Kensou, Athena, Leona and Takuma look amazing!
Mai and Takuma's new stances are much better than the originals.
KOF XIII Kensou is best design for him
Chibi Athena is overhated, I love her 😊

The last game where Athena had her Psycho Medley and Kula had her iconic Freeze Execution.

I understand why SNK didn't want to bring back Psycho Medley, it would be too difficult to animate using 3D models.
But I wonder why they removed Freeze Execution if they put it in KOF Maximum Impact 2/Regulation A and those games use 3D models 🤔

we didnt know what we had up until 2014 (circa). took it all for granted for so many years. never expected such a sharp overnight decline for the fighting game genre. who could have known??? it just kept getting better and better, year after year....and then 2015 came (R.I.P)
