There’s recently been some more Chongqing/Sichuan hotpot places opening up in Rowland! If you’re interested, two I’ve been to are Shancheng Lameizi and Blossom Season Hotpot. Not sure how “new” they are exactly, but relatively new to me at least haha

It's another episode of Fung Bros food! Hot pot boys! For the sukiyaki and kombu broth! I always eat up the shrimps and scallops at hot pot. I didn't know they serve dipping sauce at shabu shabu.

I tried Shabu Shabu many times. I love to eat Shabu Shabu, it’s so good. I do Japanese Hot Pot (Shabu Shabu) at home on Saturday and Sunday. But the thing is that I have one type of meat.
Oh, so two days ago and yesterday, I had Shabu Shabu for dinner. That’s my Japanese heritage.
Wonder when I’m going to try Nabemono Shabu Shabu.
