Text To Speech Convertor Project using tkinter and pyttsx3 / offline text to speech convertor

In this Tutorial we are going to create a simple offline Text To Speech Converter.

Modules used :
* tkinter (default installed with python)
* pyttsx3 (pip install pyttsx3 ) version 2.9
