Tristar Gym officially re-open!!! Contact allowed!!! It’s been over a year and a that Tristar Gym has been closed or heavily restricted 🚫. Very happy to announce today Tristar gym moves into the green zone and is fully re-open!

Bonjour et merci pour l info. J était une fois pendant la période Covid. Tu pensais que je faisais du taekwondo mais au fait. J étais un ancien pratiquant de taekwondo niveau noir et aussi un ancien champion régional de judo France et noire aussi. Mais actuellement je suis aussi noire de Vovinam et tes cours m'intéresse et surtout le jjb. J aime la technique et pouvoir m en tirer sans utiliser de force physique. Actuellement je suis blessé au bras et je dois être patient. Mais je brûle de revenir. Merci Firas

Coach can you show more technique options from the kimura trap in side control with the reverse triangle. I tried the silver Fox squeeze but can’t seem to get the finish from there. Love using that position though I usually take the kimura
