I have been doing 100+ dials a day and people are willing to talk to people and happy to hear from someone, I have some people that are looking to sell in a year or a month etc, I wish I would have done all this so much earlier then when I started

I understand this theory however what about the unbelievable unemployment numbers + the raised criteria for mortgage borrowing? What about the potentially huge wave of corporate and mortgage bankruptcies we may be facing late this year and throughout next year?

The bad part is their are agents giving bad advice to clients stating the market is going to crash just like 2008 and its only an opinion on their point. They are not going based on data or facts..i go straight to data.
