I used to be you fan! Sony. Now I'm very disappointed. Firstly, I bought a New Sony WH-1000XM3 and it has a weird noise (similar to radio noise) from the left ear when noise canceling is on. Secondly, how can this phone compete with samsung and other Chinese phone? Sony gradually ignore customers' expectation.
