I saw a girl get promoted and then start to train as a PA. she was 23 years old. every day she was running around like crazy training. about a week later she decided to decline the job she said it was too hard of work. lol. I wonder how much harder it could be from what we already do. I know the PA at delivery station really enjoy their jobs but the PA at Fulfillment centers don't seem to enjoy it.. I wish the best for you. you have the best attitude. I hope you don't work too hard!! so the incline is basically to make sure they have a PA's available.. very cool..

That was very enjoyable to watch. I came from being a Step Van driver/trainer and now one of the top stowers at my Delievery Station. Crossed trained in varies apartments and constantly shined, but idk if i want to move up. My OMs and Ams always training to get me to move up. I wanted to hang in to get into tech, but maybe this isnt a bad idea to just apply since alot of the workers their dont want to move up. I was a Lead worker at a none amazon warehouse before thats similiar to what a PA is.

I can relate to you to a degree. I have been with Amazon since March of last year and in that time I have managed to become a Learning Ambassador, was cross trained as a Problem Solver, I have even trained AA’s in Problem Solve and I am also a Gatekeeper in Damage Land. Aside from that I have felt like I was stuck in neutral at my current site. Now I found out via an email that I have been invited to take the math/deli test for the Tier 3 position I applied for 2 weeks ago. Now I am wondering what I need to do to in order to mail this because I really want this PA position so bad. So if you have advice please feel free to share it with me. Thank you in advance.
