Mignonette Oyster Sauce with Fishers Island Lemonade

Fishers Island, New York, is known for its oysters, so of course we had to create a 21+ spiked mignonette oyster sauce using Fishers Island Lemonade.

Mince two medium shallots (chop into small pieces, finer than dicing).
Combine one can of FIL, 2/3 cup Champagne Vinegar (or substitute White Wine Vinegar), shallots, 2tsp coarse Black Pepper, and a pinch of sugar (to taste) in a bowl. Whisk to mix thoroughly.
Use with raw oysters, or store in a jar - keeps well refrigerated for about a week.

Fishers Island Lemonade is a ready-to-drink canned cocktail with vodka, whiskey, lemon, and honey.
