Senge's Learning Organisation

Peter Senge states that a Learning Organisation is a group of people working together collectively to enhance their capacities to create results they really care about. Senge popularised the concept of the learning organisation through his book The Fifth Discipline. In this video we look at how adopting the principles behind the Learning Organisation we can:

Improve innovation, increase the pace of change and remain competitive
Respond quickly to external pressures and customers needs
Improve quality of outputs at all levels and our brand image
