I applaud her quick thinking! That being said, you also have to make sure the family are 100% informed because when he expects to see her the night or can’t wait till even morning and comes back tonight to break in it would be a terrible surprise if the family hasn’t checked their cloud or have notifications off, or even forgot to pay the app. Some people put cameras up for show too, in those scenarios the family would be completely unaware of an extremely serious situation. I understand and am happy she didn’t go home but she needs to let authorities know and speak to someone inside asap! I’m glad their camera was active though!

For the people trying to make fun of her decision and her kissing the guy, she was trying to deescalate the situation with someone who felt dangerous. If she just got firm, he could have been violent. It was clever. They're not likely to stalk the homeowner once they learn she doesn't live there.
