What? Linkedin can hurt me? You better believe it can. Linkedin, if leveraged properly, is an incredible resource. So incredible that I earn new business on a consistent basis. But if used improperly... Linkedin can hurt you like a dull knife.

I think it's sad that people feel they need to rely on LinkedIn to prove themselves or to apply for jobs.

i stopped because i feel that people use it like facebook. The majority of users are from India or of Middle Eastern decent, not Americans like myself.

I have 1, 000+ connections. Linkedin is mostly online chat by angry old men.
I mainly use it to network in groups.
