Yes they are, the market is over saturated of big smartphones that cant even fit in hands without struggling even by holding it. It's not about hand size but ergonomicity.

Great video! I am watching this on my iPhone 13mini and I will keep it as long as I can until another small phone comes out, hopefully these companies get on board with having smaller phone options, it’s a phone, not a tablet

yep. I switched from a gigantic 200g+ Xiaomi phone to an iPhone 13, and my hand pain went away completely. Now, whenever I use "normal-sized" phones, I find them stupidly big and unwieldy.

I dream of the day when smartphones become smaller again. Lately, I've been considering flip phones, and I can see myself using them mostly while closed, just relying on the tiny external screen. My only concern is the durability of those.

i recently got the new iPhone 15 and i've been complaining about the same thing recently, it makes me so mad how 6.1" is now the norm and I kinda wish we just had the minis still

Yeah this is mad. The only "small" phone available brand new rn are zenfone 10, galaxy s23, and s24.
And all of them are way over my budget.

My OnePlus 10T has a 6.7 inch display and 2y later im still not used to it. I also take accidental screenshots all the time and i am just tired of carrying something that big and chunky.

I have the 12 mini and I even use a 10 year old nexus 5 with lineage 20 because both of them are the same size. I used to have a 6s plus and it is just hard to carry.
