just do it. play the game without thinking.. comes from experience and lots of practice. do the work

depends what type of skills u wish to have. not a certain skill for long arms. i have long arms too but that's not a skill. decide what type of player u are or will be and then do those things. i have vids on anything u can want. see the pLaylists on my channel. also Hoop Handbook com, workonyourgamne net
