'집단 도핑' 러시아 장애인 대표팀, 패럴림픽 퇴출
The entire Russian team has been banned from taking part in the upcoming Rio Paralympic Games following the country's doping scandal.
The International Paralympic Committee's announcement is in sharp contrast to the IOC's earlier decision to allow the governing bodies of individual sports to decide whether Russians could compete in the Olympics.
IPC President Phillip Craven called Russia's anti-doping system "broken, corrupted and entirely compromised."
As a result of the ban, two-hundred-67 Russian athletes will miss the Rio Paralympic Games that start on September 7th.
The Russian Paralympic Committee is set to appeal against the decision to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Before we move on to other news,... let's get a quick look at the Rio rankings and upcoming events.

Someone told me the cripples in the Olympics have been banned because they tested positive for WD40. Is that right. Or were they just joking.
