I got this for 18.99$ USD and free Prime shipping, there are other copies on Amazon of course and you can find the real deal at numerous tactical shops. My go-to for real products is Offbase Supply Co. I think this style of IFAK is better suited for real use with GSW kits (Gun Shot Wound) and not necessarily Airsoft but it can still be used.

Seems a bit too big if i were to use it to store basic first aid for airsoft stuff, though it seems you could use it as a pillow lol

I would not pay what ferro is asking for these. You could say ferro uses better materials but that's essentially meaningless. You pack it once and it sits on your kit for years doing nothing, never being ripped out. Even if the pouch completely disintegrates the contents will be fine. I would rock a fake one without a second thought if wosport could just get ranger green right. If you're one of those guys who actually practices using their IFAK or has a 5% chance of needing it, by all means spend $85 on $8 of material and 10 minutes of stitching
