COVID 19 Clinical Characteristics

The clinical presentation of COVID-19 mimics a flu-like illness, fever, dry cough and shortness of breath being most common. The laboratory findings, CT scan findings are reviewed. The importance of a low threshold for ordering PCR testing is emphasized. The clinical course disease is reviewed and mortality rates discussed.
