Usually whenever I hear this tip, it’s always…hustle-y (and therefore icky😄). The way you framed it…I realized I’m already doing my most important thing first - my Slow Mornings. It’s my me time to get my brain together, mentally run through my day, reprioritize where necessary…and wrap up with a nice cup of coffee ☕️ THEN it’s time to do “the things”😄
