The first time I encountered this Angler variant, I thought its screeches were just a part of the Blacksite's eerie ambience sound and ignored it until it started becoming louder to the point that I realised something was off. Luckily, the door had a place to stay out of sight else it would have got me (I was just a few seconds away from being killed).
