Yes. Layar has an editor to interactively create your AR experience & one of the components you can use is a youtube player

I'm testing with a youtube video on a newspaper photo. but, how do I get the video size to fit the newspaper size, like your video fits the magazine cover exactly? My test youtube video doesn't scale up like yours.

You need some server where to place your video. If you have some website, try to upload the video via FTP & use its URL

im gonna say 1 thing, for free doesnt work fine. if you want to do the animated magazine cover, you have to paid a PREMIUM ACCOUNT. have a nice day. sry for my english.
