Lady Gaga said she wanted to be the first artist to perform from outer space... too late, this guy already made a music video in space.

'Gravity' did take liberties as most movies do, but it was a fantastic blend of science and story, with stunning visuals. I also liked the Kubrick-like 'space' in between dialogue along with a measured and thoughtful pace. I caught the womblike symbolism after Bullock came in from her sleep-deprived and desperate search for shelter—umbilicus symbolism and fetal pose being subtle yet powerful imagery.

It's one of the best space movies I've seen, even though it's packed with tons of symbolism.

When Bullock hugged the Earth at the end, it reminded me of her clinging to yet another structure as she had so many times in the movie, but this time it was the planet we call home. Beautiful.

I would take realism over sexiness in movies.

I wouldn't mind realism at all...I don't watch serious movies to be sexually tittilated.

If you wanna watch Sandra Bullock gasping for air and spinning in circles, while George Clooney floats around and talks about his stupid life stories for 120 min then watch Gravity!

based on what her character had gone through up to that point, those Depends would probably be full.
