The Fulltone Deja Vibe has been on my pedalboard for over 10 years now!
It is a truly amazing vibe!
Hell……it’s Robin Trower’s choice of vibe since the early 90’s!!! That right there is enough of an endorsement for me!!

My first vibe was an MXR uni-vibe. I bought it back when I was building my first pedalboard. I picked up a variety of affordable effects so I could see which ones I liked best. I soon learned that I really love the Uni-Vibe effect so I sold the MXR and bought a Fulltone. Outstanding pedal! Unfortunately, the bulb inside quit after only a few months of use. I sent it away to Fulltone to be repaired/ replaced on warranty. But I missed the vibe so much that while I waited for the return of the Fulltone, I bought a Jam Retro Vibe. Another great vibe pedal. But there was always something missing with the Retro vibe. A certain mojo. A real vintage quality, I guess (forgive the buzzword). But the Jam Retro vibe was almost too good. I know that sounds weird to say, but it was like too clean, too hifi, too “good” sounding that for me it lost a big bit of the the ‘vibe’ of the sounds I had in my head. So once Fulltone sent me a brand new replacement, and I had the chance to A/B the two vibes, the Jam Retro Vibe went up for sale! The Fulltone remains on my board to this day.

The fulltone dejavibe is easily one of the most three dimensional pedals ever. I have a mini deja vibe that I’ve owned side the mid 2000s. Sounds incredible.

The vintage chorus setting with intensity at about 2-3 o'clock and speed about 9-10 o'clock is the perfect chewy, washy, trippy vibe sound... Just give me a pedal with that one sound and I'll buy it...
